I bought this in Selfridges. Peter Ackroyd is one of my favourite writers, certainly I think he is among the most intelligent and interesting people living in the world today. I buy everything he writes. As soon as I saw this, I knew I had to have it, Mount TBR be damned!!

Classic Peter Ackroyd... erudite, incomprehensible and fascinating. Read this book next to a copy of the London A-Z!! Peter Ackroyd is like watching an episode of ER - you only follow about 70% of the book, but what a 70%!!!
I will probably release this book into the wild shortly. I hope whoever finds this book enjoys it. Please make a journal entry and release it back into the wild when you have finished. Thanks again and welcome to Bookcrossing!

Time to release this book into the wild, I have held on to it for far too long!
Welcome to Bookcrossing and thanks for taking the trouble to visit this site! I hope you enjoy this book. When you have finished with it, make a journal entry to let me know it found a home then send it back out into the world again for someone else to find. Sharing books is great karma - enjoy this one!
