1985 International Polygonics paperback of the 1955 Edgar Award Winner. This was on my list of best past mysteries to read when I bought this copy today for 10 cents from the sale shelf at Dimond Library.
I can let this go after I read:
1941 The Invisible Worm [n/a]
1942 The Weak-Eyed Bat [n/a]
1942 The Devil Loves Me [n/a]
1943 Wall of Eyes [n/a]
1944 Fire Will Freeze [n/a]
1945 The Iron Gates (Taste of Fears) [n/a]
1947 Experiment in Springtime [n/a]
1948 It's All in the Family [n/a]
1949 The Cannibal Heart [n/a]
1950 Do Evil in Return [n/a]
1952 Rose's Last Summer [n/a]
1952 Vanish in an Instant [n/a]
1954 Wives and Lovers [n/a]
Edit January 27, 2020: I merely skimmed this, so I probably missed anything good. But it just did not have any segments that grabbed my attention. I currently have this ranked at #494 on my ranked list of best-read books lately.
