Another cracking read from someone who has become one of my "must read" authors. Not as gory as some of the Jack Caffrey novels....but it has it's moments! And what an ending - the sort that had me smiling while shaking my head crossly if you know what I mean (or maybe it's just something I do!)

Wow, what a good read, I just didn't want to put it down once I started. The ending left me feeling like my stomach had dropped to the floor!

Well I never quite made it for the December holidays, but have read it now and enjoyed it.
I'm not sure whether I liked or loathed the ending - you almost feel there should be a sequel and if this were a movie, they'd already be filming that sequel!
I'll probably hang on to this book for a while, until my daughter comes to visit from the U.K. (in December), as she likes a good thriller as well.
