A frozen body is found on a Vermont mountain in winter. The marble-hard body is thawed out. An autopsy reveals an ice-pick wound to the heart, a Canadian driver's license dating back to just after World War Two, and that the body's been dead and frozen for over fifty years.
Just added this book to "The" Bookbox...enjoy!
I found The Marble Mask to be a little too wordy and descriptive about events that I didn't feel were essential to the story which slowed it down for me. That being said, the story was interesting enough and it should be said that I enjoy quick easy reads in general.
Arrived in "The" bookbox. Will reserve for a wild release.
