Detective thriller. Has a weird obsession with traffic this book. I mean there are descriptions of drives with rather more detail than is strictly necessary. I don't really need to know exactly how someone got from location a to location b. I'm a lot more interested in stuff that drives the plot. Those asides aside, this did have enough to keep me turning the pages. There's enough drama in there and a few twists and turns, but no one is especially likable, or even identifiable with. I don't think I really cared about the outcome in the end, which is probably just as well as it was somewhat unsatisfying. Not really my cup of tea.
