I received this book as a gift, it took me a while to begin to read as the synopsis didn't really excite me.
Now i have read it, i am glad i did, i wasn't moved by the main characters of the Quangel's but i was moved to dislike the darker characters.
What most surprised me was that the book was based on a true story.
It was a very different book to any i had read before, and worth the time to read.
