This book is in a Controlled Release!
9 journalers for this copy...
So...here I am with so many books that wonderful bookcrossers from all over the world have sent me, and my Mount TBR is overwhelming me to the point that I am letting other bookcrossers read some of my books before I can get to them. That saying of "So many books, so little time" is very true...and what do I do???!!! I went to my local library, just to look for some Canadian Authors for the Canada Day release...
and...
they had a book sale going on...
2 for 1
*big sigh* I came home with 12 (some brand spanking new) hardcover books for $3. AND...
What can I say? More to add to my Mount TBR or maybe sending books forward?
Welcome to BookCrossing! This is a site for catching and releasing books and spreading the good karma of reading! Please make a journal entry when you FIND this book and let previous readers know how you came upon it. You may remain Anonymous if you like but it's very safe and spam free. Bookcrossers leave FREE books around for others to stumble upon...they read, and then re-release in a public place for someone else to enjoy. Of course you're welcome to keep the book if you prefer but it's more fun to watch them travel and to hear from them
once in a while. I hope you enjoy the book and I especially hope you enjoy BookCrossing as much as I do. Bookcrossers are amazing!!
Many thanks, herchelle

Brought home from the May meeting.
This was a fun and quirky book with a great premise that hooked me! While I wasn't expecting the middle section to go as it did, it really worked and made the story that much better!
Meeting Dendritic trees for dinner tonight. This is one that I have to pass on if she wants it.

Another of the books I didn't register after my dinner with megami-no-ushi, I've actually started this one, and its pretty excellent. I love this sort of meta-fiction.
I love all books where characters jump out of novels and this was no exception, I especially like the semi-twist at the end, and the ending in general, which really wrapped up the book nicely.
Taking this to the May Calgary Bookcrossing Meeting.
Such a great little book. Easy to read and entertaining.
Bringing back to the Bookcrossing monthly meeting.
As always it was awesome to see everyone at today's meeting. I picked this one up and am adding it to my TBR shelf.
Oops forgot to register this one. I picked this up from my daughter crossing-guard and am going to use for my “didn’t remember putting my name on it”
I am taking this book to our monthly bookcrossers meet up at Cravings - the second Saturday of every month- to pass on to the next reader.
Brought this book home from the July Meet Up at Cravings.
Now that would be an interesting bed and breakfast to run! Imagine all those characters.

Picked this up at the Calgary BookCrossing meeting. We had 10 BookCrossers and lots of books.
Enjoyed this one but got a bit annoyed with some of the characters.

Picked up this book at the Calgary BookCrossing September meet-up. I like the idea of literary characters outside of their books, but I think this book won't be as crazy as the Thursday Next books.
Man, this book really squandered its potential. I was all ready to enjoy a book about literary characters and this bed and breakfast trying to figure them out, but then the author decided to focus on the daughter. And then she takes the daughter away from the bed and breakfast! What's the point of having these famous heroines if they aren't a big part of the plot? And then there's that reveal at the end which I didn't really enjoy. At least the book was a quick read.
Passing on this book to the next reader at the Calgary BookCrossing October meet-up.
Caught at the monthly Book Crossing meeting at Cravings Market Restaurant.
Returning to Calgary BookCrossing group
Got these from a BookCrosser to return to circulation. I am sorting the books and either passing directly to a Calgary member who has requested it or returning it to the person who introduced it to the group. Hopefully this one will find a new reader soon!
Passed to a friend whose daughter might like this.
