Rescued from being thrown away after a book sale. Happy travels little book!
Adding to the Sci-Fi Box. Thanks for hosting!
Since this book is YA I took it out of the Sci-Fi bookbox to give to my kids. Once they are finished with it we will probably wild release it to find a new reader
:)

My 12 yr old daughter enjoyed this book. I am taking it to the Calgary Bookcrossing meeting at the Joshua Tree Cafe to find a new reader.
I love young adult novels, and reading about people flying is always fun, so I'll give it a shot.
Taken back to the Calgary Bookcrossing Meeting, I've run out of time to read it.

Picked this book up at the August meeting.
I loved this book. People flying, adventure, mystery, thick plots, weird characters. A bit of Johnathan Liv. Seagull kept popping in my head as I read. Very easy read.
I hope that I make it to the April meeting at the Joshua Tree Café as I have just a few books to bring back. If not this month, next month will be a BIG haul.
Picked this up at April's meeting. Once again I came home with way too many books! This one has been added to the very large to be read mountain...
Are you in the Calgary area and interested in meeting up with other Calgary BookCrossers? Please check out our facebook group, "BookCrossing Calgary" for details on how. Meeting are held on the second Saturday of every month starting at 11am. Location is unknown, please PM me for information. New Crossers are always welcome.
This was an alright book. Felt a bit like the author was trying too hard to incorporate global warming though. I agree it is a big deal but it felt a bit forced.

Picked up at get together
A quick good read - I haven't read any others in the series, but it was easy to pick up on the idea behind it. Always fun to read about people who can fly. A little cheesy with the wrap up, but on a whole an enjoyable YA adventure read.
Thanks for the read!

Taking to get together
Time to take my sack full of books to the November meetup at Cravings Restaurant and find a new reader for each of them.
Picked up at the monthly book crossing meeting at Cravings Market Restaurant in November.
So you know you’re too old for a book when you start agreeing with the “villians” (aka the adults LOL). This book was obviously meant to communicate to kids the danger of climate change wrapped in a package of teen angst and sass. And unfortunately teen angst just makes me cringe these days. I don’t plan on pursuing other books in this series.
Bringing this book to the monthly Book Crossing Meeting at Cravings Market Restaurant.
Picked up this book at the Calgary BookCrossing February meet-up. I'm not one to jump into a series in the middle, but I wanted to see if the book is as bad as everyone says it is.
This wasn't as bad as I was expecting; I've certainly read worst books. Still, this book wasn't anything special and I'm sure I could have spent my time reading something better. I did appreciate the very short chapters, but it was clearly a ploy to stretch out the length of the book. I'm definitely *not* going to check out the rest of the series.
