Wild Animus: A Novel
3 journalers for this copy...
Members of BCinDC picked this up at The Book Thing of Baltimore, Inc.
BookCrossing books are more interesting as they get more journal entries and I often pick up additional copies of books that I know I have read before so that I can journal the books and then release them.
There was a giveaway on BookCrossing for copies of this book and I had one at that time. I finally got got around to trying to read this book and this was all I could come up with to say in October 2004.
I tried and tried to read this book but I could never get into it. The drug induced delusional style of writing did not appeal to me and I could not ever make sense of what the story was supposed to be other than the ramblings of a boy that does not seem to be a part of the same world that everyone else lives in.
I hope that there is someone out there that can appreciate the book but it is certainly not me.
