Tío Enrique y tía Ema viven con Dorotea, una niña muy espabilada. En Kansas, con bastante frecuencia, hay torbellinos. El ciclón levanta la casa de la familia con Doretea y su perrito Totó dentro, Dorotea aterrizará en el maravilloso mundo de Oz, y tiene que buscar una forma para volver a Kansas.

Un clásico que nunca pasará de moda.
