I'm taking this from the Teens Bookbox. It's the movie-tie-in edition for the 2003 film adaptation.
This was rather fun, though I was surprised to find that in the book there's no mystical outside influence causing the change - it's deliberately invoked by [spoiler: the mother, by unspecified means]. This rather changes the dynamic, though the lessons learned remain valid. (I admit I was iffy on the "makeover the daughter while in her body" element, though it does seem to have been helpful.) And I found the multiple endings pretty funny; heroine Annabel makes several tries at describing how her post-transformation meeting with her potential boyfriend turned out, tweaking the scenarios until she gets one she likes!
[There's a TV Tropes page for the 2003 film, with reference to the book and to the previous film.]
