1968 Signet paperback of the 1966 Pulitzer Prize winner and Best Seller historical novel of the 1831 climax of Turner's Rebellion. This was on my list of best past books to read when I bought this copy yesterday for 10 cents from the sale shelf of Dimond Library.
I can let this go after I read:
1951 Lie Down in Darkness [read 2018]
1953 The Long March [n/a]
Edit October 24, 2020: This is a pretty hefty book, but I just skimmed it to end. I currently have this ranked at #2180 on my ranked list of best-read books lately.
