Elizabeth George is one of my favorite mystery writers. I'm pretty sure I haven't read this one yet.
I like to save Elizabeth George novels for long plane rides. I got so wrapped up in this one that I didn't even care that my flight was delayed! A superb mystery with intriguing characters and lots of surprises.

Picked up at last night's meet up. Thanks, Rampallion!
Fascinating book, but either it was too convoluted or I was just not paying close enough attention. I kept getting confused about who used to be married to whom, and who was fooling around with whom, and who was related to whom, and... It was still an interesting book, but obviously I had trouble following all the connections.

I was late to the bookcrossing meeting because I went to hear John Irving at the library. On my way out of Cosi I saw a couple who had been at John Irving so I stopped to chat. You know how I will just talk to anybody. So we are talking about John Irving and his new book and I ask if they liked mysteries so I gave this one to them. They must be book people and I am sure they will take good care of it.
