Doing Good
3 journalers for this copy...
A high society woman (raised in the lower class though) has a near death experience and decides to "do good". Some of the characters are very likable.

My husband gave the book to a classmate.
Received the book from a friend, when I had finished reading another book I was in the middle of I picked it up. Once I started reading I couldn't put it down. The book was very down to earth, with a great deal of meaning. Made you think about the realationships you were in and what your behavior towards other people is on a daily basis. It also made you think about doing good and what that meant in your own life. The story was good and it made you think about how people should be, and what am I doing to make my little world around me better. I am passing it on to my daughter, then we will mail it to my Mom.
My daughter has the book now.
This book is different from the books I normally read, which are usualy fantasy. My mom said it was good so I gave it a shot. It was much better then I expected and really made you think. I was surprised by some of the events and by the actions the main character took. She took to heart her promise to "do good" and fullfilled it. Through out the book I kept on wanting to tell her what to do next and what surprised me is that what she did is somtimes not what I would of done. I really enjoyed this book and can't wait to pass it on.
