This is one of those books with the capacity to be a good read with a glass of wine, or a really heavy philosophical experience. I chose a point somewhere closer to the former position. i certainly enjoyed it, but read it in July, which is the month I reserve for being pretty shallow. I decided to drop it off at S&S Produce because lots of vegetarians hang out here and there are some interesting points on the nature and spirituality of animals. Bon voyage, Wicked! The book "Wicked" was a great idea, but was too wordy and the characters weren't defined to my liking.
