I am crazy about this book. It is everything I usually do not read and I have no idea why I was drawn to it. It's set in the American West, it's a romance and it's written by a man. It so well showed men's inner desires and obsessions for women and how each thing a woman does has an effect on them that I was truly moved.
I went out and read two more of his books after I read this one.
