At the top of this book it says "an imaginative story of a real life". I am happy with that description and enjoyed this book much more than A Million Little Pieces. Everything in this book is so much more hopeful and I was cheering James Frey on the whole way, enjoying his storytelling and wishing I had a friend Leonard! Don't we all, like a live guardian angel. This book is written in a very non-tradition style with a lot of "language" but it totally works. Thanks for sharing, James Frey, and allowing your readers to be part of your unique life and mind.
