"How the Paper Fish Learned to Swim" presents a fable as a springboard to unlocking creativity and innovation in the workplace.
I got this book at a bookfair in Brussels. I was into Japanese literature at the time and basically got the book because I liked the cover, failing to notice that it was filed under Business/Management. It's a motivational-type book to help people become better managers. I read it a while ago and don't remember the content, so I guess it didn't really make an impression. Maybe somebody else will find it more useful? I'm releasing it in the Hague today.
