Wonderful stories about an Australian dog with a taste for travelling. My only quibble is that it is too short! It is quite weepy in places.

The lovely book I received in the Book Swap game at the Oxford Bookcrossing Convention. It is beautifully contained in a red patterned cloth pouch which is embroidered with the outline of a dog. Thanks very much Over-the-Moon and it was really nice to meet you at the convention.

A moving and entertaining book by a man who loves animals. He's a neighbour of a friend of mine in Wimbledon and wrote about Martha, her cat who had been a little bit like Red Dog and looked after by all the neighbours but finally decided to adopt my friend. When Martha died after a long happy life, Louis wrote to my friend to say how much he'd liked Martha and would miss her.

Finally arrived today after a long odysee :-) Thank you very much for this lovely set, it's beautiful! In the late 1990s I used to live in Wimbledon as well - who knows, I might have met him in Sainsbury's without knowing it ;-)
