This book started with me in San Francisco, traveled with me to New York, and was finished by me in Caracas, Venezuela. I'm passing this book to my girlfriend who is about to go to India, and from there, who knows where it will go?
In Cold Blood is flawlessly gripping. Capote master suspense and pace, keeping the reader engaged throughout. The descriptions are chilling, as is the reader's emotional journey as he or she slowly empathizes with the murderers
