This book is fantastic. It is a great itroduction to a new fantasy series. I absolutely loved it. The book follows the thoughts and feelings surrounding a graveyard shift DJ who hosts a show about species which everybody believed to be mythological. As her show gradually opens people eyes to the existence of lycanthropes and vampires, Kitty's eyes gradually open to the precarious world she lives in. She must balance humanity and its fears against the needs of the creatures she represents in her radio show.

Popularity of her show increases her problems as much as it does her ambition to provide a voice for this long silent populace. Society may never be the same again, but can Kitty live with the consequences that come from the circumstances her show has created?

Character development, plot and details are fantastically protrayed. I plan to revise my review for this book after much thought.
