"Many of us dream of owning a house in a French town, of being able to walk through the markets, talk to the butcher and the baker ... be part of small town life, with a Gallic flavour."

If you dream of going to a cooking school in France, Susan has turned one of her dreams into reality and has a cooking school On Rue Tatin, check out the website http://www.onruetatin.com. (The book isn't about the cook school, it is about her move to France with her family, buying and renovating their home, life in France and inevitably cooking and recipe production). The front cover of the book is a gorgeous advertisement for On Rue Tatin.

WILD RELEASE NOTES:

This was one of a few books that had a tiki tour around the South Island and lay neglected in a suitcase waiting for release. They finally found a new home in the book shop at Paper Mulberry Cafe opposite Te Aute College in the Hawkes Bay. A perfect spot for release because money raised from selling the books is used to further the education of adults in the area - any book donations greatfully accepted. I made a fabulous find in the book shop, a signed copy of a book by one of my favourite New Zealanders - Peta Mathias.
