This is by far one of the best books ever written. It's sad, funny, horrifying and uplifting sometimes all on the same page. Overall, it is simply heroic.

I found the book on a business trip to Asheville, NC at the Holiday Inn Sunspree and gave it to my wife. She hasn't been able to put it down since. I'll be travelling to Cleveland at the end of the month and intend to release it there.
Just released the book in lobby of Embassy Suites in Cleveland, OH.
