1 journaler for this copy...
1984 Lippincott hardcover, with covered dust jacket, of the 1958 winner of the Carnegie Medal, illustrated by Susan Einzig. This copy was a discard from Dimond Library. By the date stamps it was in the collection since the 1990s. This was on my list of best past childrens' books to read when I found this copy today in the free books pile on the porch of Dimond Library.
I can let this go after I read:
1955 Minnow on the Say [read 2019]
Edit December 5, 2019: This was a bit slow and dull, but I just skimmed it. I currently have this ranked at #3318 on my ranked list of best-read books lately.
