Delighted to receive this! I haven't treated myself to a new Mitchell & Markby story for quite a while now so it will be lovely to get back to them. I might just hold this one back for a while so I can start reading the whole series again, but in the right order this time.
Thoroughly enjoying my Mitchell & Marky marathon; just finished this one, which is the 4th. I think Meredith was a little less spiky this time, which I liked, and also a little less involved in the actual detection, which was more realistic.Thanks again to Microsquid!

I thought this was a good and entertaining read even though I did guess who had done it and why. As an ice hockey fan of some sort (and quite enthusiastic one in my teens) I must admit that I was a bit suspicious at first of the Swiss character (or how he had actually made his money) earning money and fame in USA/Canada (= NHL) sometime in the 1970s even though I soon realised that it hadn’t been the author’s intention.
