Marnie
6 journalers for this copy...
"No one knew her real name, where she came from or where she went...which suited Marnier exactly. But this time, something had gone wrong. This time Marnie walked into a trap. This time the game was over, or should have been...if only the man who had trapped her hadn't been caught in the trap himself..."

CONTROLLED RELEASE NOTES:
I have send it to Icila for the reverse tag game! enjoy it! :)
I kind of read it slowly at the beginning and I thought it would not interest me so much, but as the pages were turned I became more and more curious about what will happen! I really liked the book and I think it's well written! Aso the unexpected end gave a plus to the book! :)

Thanks alexiapapa the book was safely waiting for me at home while I was touring in Portugal and got (a few) sun and warmth.
I was very hooked by this book. Well written and wise. I wasn't aware that the famous Hitchcock's fiml starring Sean Connery was based on it.
In the mail to the winner of Harobed82' s The "1st name" sweepstakes - 1st round!
This morning I dropped a package in the mail for the winner of the “first name sweeps” and the same person is also the lucky winner (or decoy?) of the “movie sweeps”. I think this book could have worked for both sweeps, being a first name and a movie. So double win for the double winner!
I’m running out of the standard value stamps (9sek, so 1$), forcing me to add lots of smaller value ones. That’s why this parcel has so many. And also because I secretly like arranging all the stamps to fit as many as possible on an envelope.
I’ve gotten into quite a few arguments with the Swedish post office, because they always try to charge me an (incorrect) import fee for parcels recieved from outside EU. So it gives me a bit of joy that putting so many stamps on an envelope must give some trouble with the postal machines and I hope it causes some postal worker to scratch his head on how to calculate the total postal value added to the envelope (57 sek in this case). Small victories!

Edit: while going to drop it in the mail box, I saw that the washi tape wasn’t doing it’s job. Since I was planning to mail it when I went grocery shopping, I improvised and added some random fruit labels to the envelope. My choices of fruit might have been influenced by the size and quality of the labels, so we are eating mini watermelon, migo pears and eco satsumas this week. I hope the fruit labels will keep the parcel intact and closed during its overseas journey. It sure felt like a +1 for my attempts to recycle/reuse as much as possible.

I am the decoy this round. The book arrived safely, mainly held up by the largest of the fruit labels. I loved the selection of stamps. Though I am no longer collecting, it is always fun to see and admire the pretty stamps before I pass them on to other bookcrossers who collect them.
I have not watched the movie. My interest is piqued by all the positive comments.
