Took this huge book to Barcelona with me....but was so busy whilst I was there that I never even picked it up! Books don't generally benefit from being read in fits and starts, and this one suffered from the Barcelona Neglect as well as from being so enormous that it wouldn't fit in my handbag. Consequently it took a long time to read, and I kept forgetting who people were or why things were significant. A bit melodramatic, but a fun read.
