Although I enjoyed this lightning-fast read -- clever epistolary style and all -- it somehow didn't grab my insides, if you know what I mean. Maybe if I were a religious person, or close to my family, I would feel differently. That said, I found it entertaining (I particularly enjoyed the dark humor aspect), and would consider reading Adiga again.
