After reading this narrative, the disaster of Pearl Harbor takes on a new meaning for me.
Up til now all I knew was the Japanese bombed Pearl Harbor. The author takes you step by step from the very origin of the plan. Tells of the determination and shrewd planning and all the fine points of the plans. After the initial shock the author continues with the aftermath. american army and navy are questioned in depth, all the investigative reports are looked into. Moral of Pearl Harbor - the very unexpected can surely happen. Passing this book along to family members to read now.
