My dear friend Wendy ABKC read this book, emailed me asking if I'd read it, and when I said no, sent it to me in Thailand before letting her daughter read it. I've read it twice in the few months I've had it, and loaned it to a few friends in Thailand. It is a fantastic read, and easy to relate to. Several who've read it and know me have said they see me in this book. When I decided that my holiday was to be spent in Bali, I could think of no better place to set this one free. I hope you enjoy it.

After spending my Sunday work break trying to find a bookshop open on Smith Street, I sacked it off and went for a chai tea at Bebida where I fell upon this copy on the bookshelf. I'm two thirds of the way through, preferred the first part, feeling a bit uncomfortable with the second bit but getting there. Definitely worth the read. As soon as I finish it, it's going back onto the shelf for the lovely waitress to read (we were talking about it).
