Israel ist so ein kleines Land, dass man auf den meisten Landkarten und Globen seinen Namen nicht einmal voll ausschreibt. Fast immer heißt es "Isr.", und schon aus diesem Grund fällt es uns so schrecklich schwer, die im Sechstagekrieg besetzten Gebiete aufzugeben. Sie würden endlich Platz für das bisher fehlende "-ael" schaffen.
