I started reading this before my 2 week trip to Alaska. I found this book absolutely fascinating. Meant to take notes as I was reading it but forgot. Loved that the Seaveys were mentioned- while in Seward we did Seavey's Ididaride, and Danny Seavey was our guide. The summer dog sledding was one of the best experiences on our trip. It was the perfect book to read before my trip to Alaska.
