From the cover:
Anna is not sick, but she might as well be. By age thirteen, she has undergone countless surgeries, transfusions, and shots so that her older sister, Kate, can fight the leukemia that has plagued her since childhood. The product of preimplantation genetic diagnosis, Anne was conceived as a bone marrow match for Kate - a life she has never challenged... until now. Like most teenagers, Anna is beginning to question who she truly is. But unlike most teenagers, she has always been defined in terms of her sister. So, Anna makes a decision that for most would be unthinkable - a decision that will tear her family apart and possibly have fatal consequences for the sister she loves.

I loved reading the book. I didn't like "resolution" and the ending though. It seemed a little too constructed to me.

Great book. I liked the way the perspectives are switched. The different conflicts are very well explained. I felt with every single character...
But I have to agree with FlauschDrache regarding the end: It looks like the author was desperately trying to make a last-minute-happy ending for a completely lost case. It would have been better to have the reader deal with the sad but reasonable truth instead of this construction....
