The second book in the Kidd series takes him to a small Mississippi town to take on corrupt politicians. His heart is in a good place and he has great plans but things always go wrong one way or another--as in life. Good character development.

Started reading this book. Over 1/4 done already.
I just couldn't get into this book. Maybe it is because it is the 2nd book. I have read almost a quarter of the book and can't remember what it is about. going to find a new reader for the book.
