Released 13 yrs ago (3/5/2011 UTC) at Springfield, Tennessee USA

CONTROLLED RELEASE NOTES:

Well, it kept my attention. I don't know that I agree with the comments on the covers. The NY Times called it hilarious, for me thats a stretch, it was amusing, but I wouldn't say hilarious. Without giving away the plot, I spent a lot of time annoyed at Dolores for being a victim throughout the book instead of a survivor. I wanted to shake her and scream, "Didn't you learn anything from what you've been through?" I found parts predictable and I had no problem accepting the book was written by a man. I felt a woman writer would have taken a slightly different perspective with certain elements.

Sending this out in my Potluck Bookbox. I'd love to hear other people's opinions about this book. Happy travels little book.
