Sweet kids' book.

Surprise gift.

This is a beautifully illustrated little book and a great introduction to BookCrossing. What a charming idea that is. I read this little book in 10 minutes and enjoyed it very much. In this day and age when we tend to be somewhat suspicious of each other, especially strangers, I found it very refreshing that two little animals of a different species - a water rat and a mole - should join together without any fear or hesitation at their first meeting, share Ratty's luncheon basket and enjoy a fun day out together. It's inspired me to be more open and to share my many blessings with strangers and friends alike. Thank you so much.
