Love Hina manga is awesome. I actually brought it after watching the anime which was not so awesome.
This is one of my favorite mangas. It's been years since I read this so it was nice that I still enjoyed it as much this time round.
Keitaro keeps failing his entrance exam for Tokyo University and instead of going home as a failure. He decides to stay in his grandma's hotel and study. But Grandma is on an around the world trip and the hotel is now an all girls dorm!
He manages to upset every single girl in a series of accidents which make him look like a massive pervert. All the girls are beautifully drawn with the typical manga panty/boob shots. Although did we really need a 15 and a 12 year old to be in the dorm? They also all have pretty likeable and fiery personalities. And even though he is a massive nerd, you can't help but like Keitaro
This is a great start to the series which made me laugh out loud at times. I can't wait for the rest of them :)

CONTROLLED RELEASE NOTES:
Happy Reading!
This got here safely. Looks like I won the graphic novel sweeps. This is a manga I am aware of through the anime and look forward to reading.
This is one of the manga series that I have been meaning to read for a very long time. I remember watching some episodes of the anime years ago and enjoying the one or two I saw even though they were a bit silly at times.
I read this to take a break from the much darker Ceres books I have been reading. I really enjoyed it and as you said redfox5 it is quite awesome. Thank you for sharing it with me.

I am using this to seed a new graphic novel and manga book box.
I'm claiming this and Volume 2 from the manga/graphic novel bookbox.
This is a very goofy story indeed, as is obvious from the first encounter between young Keitaro and the residents of the house; hot tub + myopic young woman = much groping, eventual donning of glasses, and the first of many "pervert! {PUNCH!}" events for him! Lots of sitcom plots and gossip and misunderstandings (and punches in the nose, whacks on the head, falls from high places) ensue - and eventually the girls living in the house decide to give the boy a chance. But can he manage to catch up on his studies and do his work around the house with all those females around?
And then there's that childhood promise (shown in the first few panels of the story); will he find the girl he made the promise with, and will she remember it?
[There's an anime adaptation of this series. And the TV Tropes page has some entertaining tidbits.]
