een boek voor de nieuwste OBCZ van Amsterdam
'How little things can make a big difference', daar kom ik langzamerhand ook achter en ik lees graag boeken die mijn levensfilosofieën bevestigen, dus ik geef het een kans. Als ik het uit heb, mag het naar Wandering, die momenteel een ander boek leest van dezelfde schrijver.
Een interessant boek waar PR- en Marketingmensen hun voordeel kunnen doen. Het maakt je heel bewust van wat een kuddegedrag de mens vertoont en dat vind ik deprimerend.

The annual national BC-meeting at Castricum's beach provides a great opportunity to give this book to Wandering!
Van Hendrickje gekregen op de meeting in Castricum. Dank dat je het al die tijd voor me apart gehouden hebt!
Great writing, as I am accustomed to from Gladwell. He makes his writing sticky with the examples he gives. Very interesting read, in which it is shown how ideas, stories, products, behaviours, and whatever spread, become viral and how they stick in people's minds and actions. Not only interesting for the marketing people, but also applicable for any message of non-commercial nature that you would like to put out there. It's good to be aware how people try to influence you as well, so you won't fall for things that you don't actually need or desire.
I think I'll leave the book on my shelf for a while for near-future references, but if someone wants to read it it is available.
