Thanks again zimort for another appealing surprise. The whole ladder idea seems an interesting experiment and I can only hope enough of those 2000 words are new for me to add to my English vocabulary. Also thanks for the lovely BC postcard - it's the funniest and yet most profound one I've seen in quite a while.

Fairly easy to read for one whose first language is not English, due to its "Ladder" editing. The book offered valuable insight on how the pilgrims saw one of the first lands they set their feet on, as compared to how the author finds it in his time. Life at sea and near it, the tribute natives pay to storms, as well as the depiction of the place where man may stand and put all America behind him make this a book worth reading.

Bună şi Bine ai venit pe BookCrossing :)

Dacă nu ai mai fost pe aici, mulţumesc că arunci o privire! Sper să-ţi placă atât site-ul, cât şi cartea pe care ai găsit-o.

Oameni din toată lumea folosesc BookCrossing pentru a vedea ce mai fac, unde au ajuns şi cine citeşte cărţi pe care ei aleg să le împartă cu prietenii.. sau cu străinii.

Sper că mă vei anunța printr-un Journal Entry că această carte e acum cu tine. Aștept părerile tale de după ce o vei citi, și, de ce nu, părerile celor cu care o vei împărți, dacă vei alege să faci asta. Cărțile BookCrossing sunt cele mai fericite atunci când sunt împărțite. Împrumut-o unei prietene sau las-o pe bancă în parc, sau într-o stație de metrou.

Poți rămâne anonim(ă), dar dacă te hotărăști să-ți faci un cont, te rog să mă marchezi (lamelemon) că membrul care te-a îndrumat aici.
