What Happens In London

This is vintage Julia Quinn, with likable characters and plenty of humor. Like all of her books, the plot tend to be on the light side, but that's not why I read her anyway. I read her because she has a knack for letting the hero and heroine's relationship develop through dialogue and interactions, and they almost always start out as friends and then turn into lovers, which is the best kind of romantic relationship there is.
There was one plot point that happened at the end that I found quite jarring and not in keeping with the rest of the tone of the book. But overall, it's another good effort and I can't wait to read Sebastien's story.
BTW, I did not miss the Bridgertons at all...
