Mouthing The Words

Fantastically written. I was totally convinced by Gibb's protagonist, Thelma. I thought Mummy Roo, Molly and Heroin were beautifully described. I have read another of Gibb's works, "Sweetness in the Belly" and I remember being awed by her capacity to invent such rounded characters there too, and will look out for some more of her novels. A very moving read that frequently made me laugh out loud.
