FROM THE BACK COVER:
Late at night, a New York cafe, Jack Reacher orders coffee in a cup made of foam, not China. So he can move on at a moment's notice. He owns nothing, carries less.

This book was passed onto me by my mother with her recommendation. My sister-in-law also liked it.
The story kept me turning the pages, despite that I found the writing jarred with me in places, eg. "Reacher, alone in the dark. Doing it the hard way." Groan!
He travels only with the clothes he's wearing and a toothbrush. The story never referred to him having a beard, so if he carries nothing more how does he shave? And no change of underwear!

WILD RELEASE NOTES:

Left with magazines, just inside to the left of the entrance.

I had a cup of coffee (but unlike Jack Reacher's foam cup in the story, this one was china) and asked if I could leave some books. The friendly owners said I could leave a couple, so I let them select the books and this was one of the two chosen. I am driving north and will find other places to leave the remaining books.

To the finder, enjoy, and I hope you will write a journal entry so that previous readers will know that this book has been found (even anonymously). It is always a joy to find where it has gone. PS: A few days later I was actually sitting at the computer entering two more books that I had released that day in Mungindi, NSW and St George, QLD when I was thrilled to see ‘Danger to Elizabeth’ and ‘The Hard Way’ appear on the side of the screen under "Recently Caught". I look forward to seeing ‘The Hard Way’ being released in either England or Canada.

Journal Entry 3 by Mandamouse from Bathurst, New South Wales Australia on Tuesday, April 6, 2010
I received an alert this morning about books released in 'The Cocoa Bean' in Bathurst. Seeing that one was about Elizabeth I, and the Tudor period of history is one that fascinates me, I thought I would see if the books were still there. Thrilled that they were. This one will be good reading for my husband - he is looking for a book to read and release when we travel to England and Canada in June. I will release it somewhere on our travels when he finishes it.

Update: 13.03.2011 Well, the book travelled around the world, unread. We have now both read it and I will release soon.
