Excellent "what if?" type of story. Imagines whatthe United States would be like if we had lost WWII. Takes place in 1962. Slavery is legal, jews are in hiding, and the US has been divided between Germany and Japan. The author, Phillip K. Dick also wrote the book Minority Report which was made into the movie starring Tom Cruise.
