I picked this up at the Natural History Museum, on my way home from the National Book Festival. It was nice to have something to read on the Metro. This is Gary Paulsen's take on sci-fi/fantasy, but essentially it's one of his outdoor survival books set in an alien land. I almost wonder if he wrote this a long time ago and it got published after he became famous.

It's not a bad read if survival is your thing. Good for a YA audience. I'm not certain yet where I'll leave it.
