This is the first book in the Booktown Mystery series. I found it fairly slow off the start and I didn't think I was going to get "into" it. But, alas, I did and then I really enjoyed it! It was fun to hear real authors mentioned!

Received in the mail today. Can't wait to start this series, but alas it will have to wait until I finish two books I have promised to others. Thank you so much for sending it to me.
I have read several others in the series and really enjoyed them, so I thought I had better go back and read this first one. I agree with Rhonder's review that it starts off slow, but it does give some background info which makes reading the others easier. Sending off to a birthday girl.
