I purchased this at Easton Books in Mount Vernon, Washington, USA in January 2010 on my first visit to the shop.
Part of me REALLY wanted to read this whole book. The other part of me got to about page 56 and realized she was bored with the lengthy historical descriptions. The bored part of me won. I still feel this is a worthy read. I'm just not in the mood for this kind of book right now, I guess!
