Just regestering this ready for reading.

This is two books in one. The first one (Our Emily) I liked, but found a little odd. Each chapter kept on explaning the same things/descriptions about people. It made me feel like this book was originally written as a weekly short story series in a magazine or something. What I did like about both stories in the book was they are set in the area of London where I am from & grew up - so I could visualise the locations (even though I immagine they would have changed considerably since the setting of the book). I did enjoy the second one (King of Camberwell) much more than the first. I liked all the characters too and the humor in the books. I would like to read more by this author. I will be releasing this book next.

I gave this to my Grandma to read, as I thought she wouold enjoy it. I think she will thenn give it to my auntie for the same reason, then who knows what adventures this book will have. Enjoy!
