I was starting to release this book and looked at the previous journal entry and saw it was from the 1st line bookbox and thought to myself-I wonder what the 1st line is? I read that then read a little more and finally read the whole thing last night!
Chaz and Joey Perrone are celebrating their 2nd wedding anniversary with a 4 day cruise which is going along ok till the last night when they go on deck and Chaz throws Joey overboard! He is sure she is drowned and the police start investigating but without a body it is hard to find enough evidence even if they think he did something to Joey. Can they close this difficult case?
I really enjoyed the book, my first by this author. I will be on the lookout for more by Hiaasen. Now ready to move along.
