Simply marvellous.... and I never thought I would say that, as in previous attempts to read Ian McEwan the writing has not drawn me in. It is told by one main narrator as if seen from different perspectives.
I did watch the film version before reading the book and I'm glad I did otherwise I might not have attempted it.
