Finally I started to read this. However, I realised quite soon that this is really a digest (actually I didn't know before this, what the word "digest" means). I had the original version in Finnish near me, when I read, and was very disappointed, that most parts with Beth were left out. She is probably my favourite character in this book.

I think I'm going to release this book soon, at least on May, when I'm going to travel to Munich.

I read this with my 8yr old daughter. She loved it and thought it very dramatic and sad. Jo was her favourite character because she had good ideas 😄. Nice to read a classic like this again after so many years.
